Dear Player,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We understand that you may be concerned about a 10-year ban for using an emulator in BGMI, especially if you were unaware that it was against the game’s rules.
Unfortunately, in most cases, bans for using emulators are difficult to overturn.
Game Rules: Using emulators in competitive games like BGMI provides an unfair advantage, as they can offer enhanced performance and precision that is not available to players using mobile devices. This violates the game’s terms of service and fair play policies.
Account Security: Account bans are typically implemented to maintain a fair and competitive environment for all players.
However, you can try the following:
Review the Game Rules: Carefully review the BGMI terms of service and rules regarding emulator usage. This will help you understand the specific violations that led to the ban.
Contact BGMI Support: Reach out to the official BGMI support channels (in-game support, email, etc.). Explain your situation clearly and politely. Explain that you were unaware of the rule against using emulators and that you will not use them again.
Important Note:
We appreciate your understanding and hope this information is helpful.
